1. Reconstruction of hotel in Saki of the Crimean area in sanatorium
on 500 places - 1991, the outline sketch, the author of the project;
2. An improving complex on 500 places of joint Ukrainian - Polish
enterprise "Vrozlaw" on a resort Berdyansk - 1992, the
outline sketch, the author of the project;
3. Children's immunological sanatorium " Yassny " on
500 places in Irpen town - 1992, the co-author;
4. The competitive project of the Administrative - cultural Center
Yurovka town in the Kiev region (1990), the author of the project;
5. The competitive project of the Center of leisure to Mirgorod
